Inter duo Marcelo Brozovic and Matias Vecino covered the first and second most ground in last season’s Champions League, football stats and analysis site Squawka have highlighted.
Croatian international Brozovic covered 137.3 metres per game on average whilst Uruguayan international Vecino was not too far behind as he covered 137 metres exactly per game on average.
Former Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik covered the third most whilst Napoli’s Fabian Ruiz and Lorenzo Insigne and Juventus’ Miralem Pjanic all also feature.
